I draw upon many therapeutic, coaching, neuroscientific, compassion-focused and mindfulness-based models to create a powerful framework through which I can guide clients to find their own voice and answers.
There are many options for us to work together. It can be through face to face or online sessions, by attending workshops and retreats, or by taking my courses.
If you have questions or aren’t yet sure if I’m the right practitioner for you, we’ll have a 10-20 minute chat over the phone or by video, free of charge. If you decide to go ahead we’ll begin with a Clarity Session to give us a clear view of where you’re at, where you want to be and exactly how I can help you get there.
My objective is to get you where you want to be at the pace that works for you – this depends on many factors such as your mindset, awareness of and insight into your own patterns and process, resilience, personality, past trauma and unprocessed issues as well as your lifestyle and goals for our work together. It’s a collaborative effort with consistent dialogue between us about where you’re at, what resonates, what grates, and how you are with me.

One-off sessions can be wonderful for getting some clarity on what you want, your barriers to healing and happiness, or what next steps you need to take. I offer 90 minute sessions at £150 which gives us enough time to get into the meat of your situation.
Open-ended work is generally the best way to get where you want to go. The most common question I’m asked is “How long will it take?” and of course it varies due to many factors. In general, it will take anything from 6 sessions to a couple of years depending on the level of depth and recovery needed, with the average being 4-6 months to see substantial change. I charge £90 per 50 minute session in Central London, or £85 for online sessions.
